CORPORATE TALKS
“We’ve hired Laying Foundations Together Inc.; Sean Mauricette for three seasons on The Amazing Race Canada as our Diversity and Inclusion and HR trainer. Sean’s training with our “on camera participants, the RACERS” and shooting crew is truly eye opening, easily understood and presented with helpful images. Sean’s demeaner is open minded and relaxed while educational in a way that includes interaction with individuals either by video or in person teaching sessions. Sean covers all the bases in a unique way on unconscious bias, the history of people of colour in Canada, anti-bullying and anti-harassment and inclusivity. We think Sean is a tremendous asset working with the on camera participants in particular as he has a background as an actor and musician which makes him uniquely qualified as an educator in the film and TV industry.”
